Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on play star, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false details may be closed at any time and the balance forfeited.

All personal information you provide at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate. play star may verify your identity at any time. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits on play star must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. However, KYC verification or security reviews may extend this timeframe. play star always strives to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible.

Completing the wagering requirement on any bonus before making a withdrawal is mandatory. Withdrawals will be blocked if wagering requirements remain incomplete.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates play star's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

Any attempt at fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering may be subject to legal action.

  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

Account Closure & Suspension

Play star reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. You may also close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

  • Evidence of fraudulent activity.
  • If KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Upon instruction from legal authorities.
  • If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no violation has occurred, those funds will be refunded. However, in cases of rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution
